Mel is a commercial and healthcare attorney with two decades of experience helping clients navigate growth, risk, and innovation with practical insight and business-aligned legal strategy.  Mel advises a wide range of clients—from solopreneurs and small businesses to national healthcare systems and SaaS companies—on high-impact commercial transactions.  Her work spans entity structuring and governance, master services agreements, professional services and consulting contracts, SaaS agreements, intellectual property licensing transactions, business associate agreements, and healthcare regulatory counseling (Stark and Anti-Kickback).
